When grief strikes, sometimes it doesn't register in your brain. Or when it does, it doesn't strike you the way you would expect it to. You expect to cry, but sometimes you don't. You might feel detached, even.

Dealing with grief is a part of life. It's always going to be hard, and every person has their own way of doing it. Some people cry, some people have a heavy feeling in their hearts. And that's okay.
